Pesach 2026 with Vered Holidays was an elevated Pesach program crafted for guests who valued both tradition and refinement. Set in the serene beauty of Gozo, Malta, this exclusive Passover holiday brought together luxury accommodations, a peaceful Mediterranean setting, and the warmth of a professionally run experience.

The program included Glatt Mehadrin kosher cuisine, meaningful Sedarim, daily tefillah, insightful shiurim, and a dedicated children's program. During Chol HaMoed, optional guided tours showcased the history and natural charm of Malta and Gozo.

Malta is a small island country in the Mediterranean Sea, south of Sicily, Italy, known for its rich history, unique culture, and beautiful scenery. Its capital is Valletta, a fortified city dating back to the 1500s, built by the Knights of St. John. The country is an archipelago of three islands, Malta, Gozo, and Comino, with Maltese and English as official languages and a population just over 500,000.
Gozo, Malta's calmer sister island, is known for its ancient history, including the \u0120gantija Temples (a UNESCO World Heritage Site over 5,500 years old), a strong diving scene, and the Citadel in Victoria.
Surrounded by 30,000 m\u00b2 of gardens, Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz featured free parking and air-conditioned rooms in the westernmost area of Gozo, in the small village of San Lawrenz, with an on-site spa offering luxury treatments. Every room and suite had a private balcony overlooking the countryside or the resort's gardens and pools.
The nearest airport was Malta (MLA), about a 1.5-hour ride from the resort, with direct flights offered from Tel Aviv to Malta. Optional airport transfers were offered at a reduced cost (shared transfers).
The program offered semi-private, as well as communal Seder nights, led by a Rabbi/Cantor, with a choice of English or Hebrew communal Seders, or a semi-private Seder with family in a shared hall. Davening was led by a cantor.
The program was Glatt Mehadrin, non-kitniyot, and non-gebrochts, with kashrut supervised by skilled mashgichim.
A daily kids program ran throughout the holiday, led by a responsible and experienced counselor team with a diverse and interesting program.
A rich lecture program ran on Chag and Shabbat, with Rabbi Chaim Kanterowitz as the program's scholar-in-residence.
Vered Holidays hired the entire resort for 12 days, starting Tuesday, March 31st and ending Sunday, April 12th — 10 days of Pesach plus a 2-day post-Pesach weekend.
Entertainment ran every night of Chol Hamoed, with shows including music, singing, dancing, magic, and more.
