Facing the beachfront, Galini Palace offered 5-star accommodation in Kolymvari, West Crete. The resort featured swimming pools, a fitness center, and gardens among its facilities. Accommodation included a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi, with every room equipped with a balcony.

The program offered the finest Glatt Kosher cuisine in a comfortable Sukkah, with full board gourmet meals served with fine French wines and beverages, a rich Israeli breakfast, and unlimited coffee and cakes served throughout the day. Lunch-boxes were provided for Chol Hamoed day trips.
